Throwback to our inaugural SCMF Chamber Continuum event, the Chamber Workshop with Jonathan Ong, held on 18 December 2024.

Jonathan returned to Singapore to share his expertise, working closely with two quartets in an engaging session at Bechstein Music World Singapore:

SNYO String Quartet

Glazunov Novelettes, Op. 15: II. Orientale & IV. Valse

The quartets were joined by public observers eager to learn and experience the art of chamber music.

The workshop provided an invaluable opportunity for young quartets to learn about the nuances and techniques of chamber music from an experienced quartet player.

Through the SCMF Chamber Continuum, we remain dedicated to celebrating and sustaining the vibrant tradition of chamber music as we look forward to the next Singapore Chamber Music Festival in 2026.
